We are a four-slide, multi-slide metal stamping company located in Chicago. We specialize in small to medium sized , highly formed metal stampings and wireforms for the electronic, automotive and consumer industries.

What is four-slide?

"It is a metal forming operation utilizing progressive dies and slide mounted forming tools to produce parts of exceptional quality from virually any material."

Forming is completed by four tool-carrying slides timed by cams.

Founded by Mr. Robert Lewis in 1964, Precision Forming is now in it's second generation of highly successful leadership and service. Providing over 45 years experience in the precision stamping and forming of parts from flat coil stock and wire.
